Why We Exist
We changed everything you hated about gluten-free cookies.
The recipe took two years to get right. The ingredients are simple: browned butter, pasture-raised eggs, our own nut-free flour blend, and the best chocolate we can find. No gums. No fillers. And more fiber than its wheat counterpart. Small-batch, handmade cookies.
Tested on people who eat regular cookies. They approved. Now celiacs and gluten-free folks can enjoy a cookie without settling.
